KOTA PEKANBARU-INZAGHIGIGANTARA.NET. Kementerian Dalam Negeri Republik Indonesia bekerjasama dengan PT. Inzaghi Gigantara Solusindo kembali menggelar Bimbingan Teknis Peningkatan Kapasitas Aparatur Desa di Hotel Mutiara Merdeka Kota Pekanbaru, Jumat-Minggu (25-27/09/2020). Sebanyak 107 Aparatur Desa dari berbagai wilayah Kepulauan Meranti Provinsi Riau.
Kepala desa dan perangkatnya mempunyai tugas berat dalam menjalankan roda pemerintahan di tingkat desa. Desa memiliki peran penting dalam mengelola, memberdayakan dan memajukan sumber daya yang tersedia, baik sumber daya alam maupun sumber daya manusia. Sehingga pada akhirnya mampu menggerakkan roda pembangunan yang harus diiringi kesadaran akan pemahaman spirit otonomi bagi seluruh penggerak warga desa dan kapasitas perangkat juga masyarakat dalam memahami tata kelola pemerintahan. Bimbingan teknis merupakan salah satu kegiatan yang tepat untuk meningkatkan kapasitas Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM).
Nun Jamianto, SE, MM, pemateri sekaligus Direktur PT. Inzaghi Gigantara Solusindo mengatakan bahwa perlunya ada bimbingan teknis bagi Aparatur Desa dalam upaya peningkatan kapasitas yang bertujuan meningkatkan kesejahteraan maupun layanan yang akan diterima oleh masyarakat setidaknya di laksanakan tiap tahun sekali. Pandemi Covid bukanlah halangan untuk meningkatkan tata kelola pemerintahan.
Kegiatan Bimbingan Teknis tidak hanya di laksanakan di Kepulauan Meranti, namun juga akan di adakan di berbagai wilayah Kepulauan Riau dengan tetap mematuhi protokol covid-19.
