KOTA SURABAYA-INZAGHIGIGANTARA.NET. LSP MSDM Quality Indonesia bekerjasama dengan PT. Inzaghi Gigantara Solusindo menggelar Pelatihan Asesor Kompetensi dan Uji Kompetensi di Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Ekonomi Indonesia (STIESIA) Kota Surabaya, Rabu-Minggu (26-30/08/2020). Sebanyak 22 peserta dari kalangan Direktur dari berbagai bidang wilayah Provinsi Jawa Timur.
Kegiatan ini berlangsung selama lima hari, empat hari pembekalan dan hari terakhir dilakukan uji kompetensi. Uji Kompetensi sangatlah penting untuk meningkatkan kualitas kompetensi bagi peserta. Uji kompetensi adalah proses penilaian (assessment) baik teknis maupun non teknis melalui pengumpulan bukti yang relevan untuk menentukan apakah seseorang telah kompeten atau belum kompeten pada suatu unit kompetensi atau kualifikasi pekerjaan tertentu. Sertifikat komptensi merupakan sebuah pengakuan yang berstandar nasional.
Nurul Indah Susanti, S.Psi.,M.PSi., asesor mengatakan bahwa Seorang Pegawai diperlukan mengikuti uji kompetensi. Hal ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan akses berkembang dalam profesinya dan sebuah pengakuan terhadap kompetensi yang dimiliki.
