SURABAYA-INZAGHIGIGANTARA.NET. Inzaghi Education and Training Center kembali menggelar Seminar Gratis Ketenagakerjaan tentang Tips Memenangkan Persaingan Kerja. Kali ini Inzaghi berkunjung ke Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan PGRI 1 Surabaya (SMK PGRI 1) di Jl. Jemursari VIII No. 120 Surabaya (9/01/2019). Ratusan siswa kejuruan yang mayoritas cowok ini hadir mengikuti seminar yang materinya membekali mereka agar setelah lulus nanti perusahaan tidak mampu menolak lamaran mereka dan bagaimana membuat perusahaan selalu membutuhkan mereka. Meski seminar dilaksanakan sederhana di ruang praktek permesinan, tetapi tidak mengurangi antusias siswa menyimak materi seminar.

Nun Jamianto, SE., MM. Owner PT Inzaghi Gigantara Solusindo sekaligus pemateri seminar mengungkapkan bahwa lulusan SMK hingga akhir tahun 2018 masih menjadi penyumbang tertinggi angka Pengangguran Terbuka berdasarkan pendidikan.  Padahal semestinya lulusan SMK yang siap kerja diharapkan bisa diterima langsung oleh perusahaan. “Anak SMK susah diterima kerja bukan karena tidak terampil atau tidak pintar tetapi mereka tidak tangguh, kurang inisiatif, mudah mengeluh, mudah menyerah, kurang disiplin dan tidak punya loyalitas,” jelas cak Nun sapaan akrabnya kepada media ini.

Pintar saja bukan jaminan, tapi kepribadian dan karakter pekerja tangguhlah yang dibutuhkan industri saat ini

Cak Nun juga menjelaskan bahwa karakter inilah yang tidak akan ditemui dan diperoleh anak-anak selama di sekolah. Ini semua akan ditemukan jawabannya di Program Pengembangan Karir dan Bisnis Inzaghi Gigantara Solusindo yang hanya ditempuh 3 bulan di kelas dan 3 bulan magang atau langsung kerja. “Program ini menyambungkan GAP antara keluaran pendidikan dengan kebutuhan industri,” terang pria yang gemar sepakbola ini.

Sementara itu Kustiono, St. MM., Wakil Kepala Hubungan Masyarakat (Waka Humas) SMK PGRI 1 Surabaya membenarkan bahwa anak-anak perkotaan ini memang lebih tangguh jika dibandingkan dengan anak daerah. “Jauh pak, nggak mau kerja jauh-jauh dari rumah, cari yang di Surabaya saja,” ucapnya menirukan jawaban keberatan orangtua siswa yang diminta oleh sebuah perusahaan di Tangerang.
